How the enquiry features on this website work.
Preparing an enquiry
When online submission is enabled, a Send enquiry button saves your name, company, phone number, email (if given), country, selected solution, optional budget, timeline or preferred meeting window, and message to a private enquiry queue for Fledge to review. A reference confirms storage; it does not confirm that someone has read it. The website attempts to send an email notification to Fledge for follow-up. A saved reference does not guarantee email delivery. The enquiry may also include the page address, referring page and campaign tags to help us understand where enquiries originate. A temporary hashed network address helps limit abuse. If online submission is unavailable, the form prepares a message in your browser instead. When you choose email or WhatsApp, your details are passed to the selected app so that you can review and send the message.
Communicating with Fledge
If you send an enquiry, Fledge receives the details you include and uses them to respond and discuss your requirements. Please do not include confidential customer records, passwords, identification documents, or financial information in an initial enquiry.
Third-party services
Email and WhatsApp are provided by third parties and operate under their own privacy terms. Typefaces are hosted with this website; loading them does not contact Google Fonts. The website host may process normal technical access logs.
Website storage and analytics
This website’s enquiry helper does not use browser storage to retain your form entries. No advertising or analytics tracker is included in this redesign.

This page describes the public website. Data handling, access, retention, third-party services, and other requirements for a Fledge software product or IT engagement should be agreed as part of that service.
